Central Park Tutors Services Agreement

Please fill out our sign up form below and click submit to sign up for tutoring. We will follow up with you right away to confirm your first appointment.

Please note: we do ask to keep a cc on file, however we do not charge the card immediately. We bill at the end of each month and the card is charged 3 days after billing. If for any reason the card is decined and we do not recieve payment within 14 days, there is a 10% late fee.
